Nearly Comprehensive Outline Here on First Page vs. Something More Sparse?
Having large list of different topics here on the first page is a great way to get us started, but we might want to pare it down as time goes on. --Brian talk 2006-09-03 06:38 (EDT)

I just whipped up the logo to fill the blank space. Obviously, we need something better. --Brian talk 2006-09-03 10:05 (EDT)
Nice start
Nice beginning! While browsing it, I couldn't help but make a few very minor changes, e.g., spelling and such. And I made one hyperlink out of "insulin-IGF pathway" rather than one each for "insulin" and "IGF". This I did because presently the vast majority of what is known about insulin/IGF signaling effects on life span is in the C. elegans nematode system, an organism with but one such pathway. It hasn't shaken out yet which one (or both) of our two pathways will most influence life span, though the dwarf mouse story suggests at least one does. -John T.
Hej, I am quite interested in CRS but don't actually practise it at the moment. I just read lots about it and eat as healthy as I am able to with the aid of using Cron-o-meter http://spaz.ca/cronometer/ which is really useful. However I have come across this article at the BBC website I thought it could be of use to participants http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/6657795.stm (Multivitamin prostate warning)
Nice wiki too :) - Anubis
Temperature and Longevity
There is nothing about the possible relationship between temperature and longevity in this article. There is some evidence that being cooler can make you live longer: Cool down – you may live longer. It is thought that this is the reason that calorie restriction may work as it helps maintain a low body temperature. Tim [1]
