- 100g Low fat yogurt
- 2 challots (french onions)
- 1tbs French mustard

Instructions & Comments
Take 100g of yogurt and cut 2 challots ()french onions) in little dices. The add a tbs of mustard, pepper, herbe de provence and mix it together with a fork. I usually add a bit of water at the end to dilute this...enjoy it on salads!
