Ingredients & Amounts
- 200 grams peeled cucumber (1/2 cucumber)
- 200 grams fat free yogurt
- 3 grams garlic (1 or 2 cloves)
- 1 or 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 5 grams olive oil (2 teaspoons)
- dill or chive
- white pepper
- salt

Instructions & Comments
1. crush the cucumber in a blender
2. mix it with a little salt , put it in a sieve and let the liquid seep out for approx. 10 min
3. crush the garlic and mix it with the other ingredients
Makes a great dip for all kinds of food
