I just copied over this section from my old FAQ. The notes/references need fixing, and much else. See the FAQ (and the links to the bibliography) to begin the cleanup. And, obviously, don't be shy about removing the first-person voice. I wrote this, and didn't try to hide that fact when I was writing.
