The stew could be made more CR-friendly by reducing the quantity of oil. The 'hearty spaghetti sauce' and canned buttered mushrooms are products unknown to me, but the latter at least sounds like it would be better replaced with fresh vegetables. Mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese and butter are not CR-friendly, and I assume the buffalo wings are for non-CR friends! I would replace these with a crisp salad and grilled chicken.
