Salsa Salad

Ingredients & Amounts
- 1 fistful raw cilantro, stems removed
- 3 roma tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 reg or English cucumber, partially peeled and quartered
- 1/2 green bell pepper, seeds removed & cored, quartered
- 1/2 stalk of celery, cut into 2 inch pces, leaves removed
- 1/2 small sweet onion, quartered

Instructions & Comments
1. Stuff 1/3 of ingredients into processer & pulse to roughly chop the mixture
2. Repeat until all is chopped.
3. Add seasonings, eg pepper, lemon peel, lowfat dressings, salt-free dried spice mixes
4. Slosh it all together & use as a topping or a stand-alone salad & savor!
