Salsa Salad

Ingredients & Amounts

  • 1 fistful raw cilantro, stems removed
  • 3 roma tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 reg or English cucumber, partially peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, seeds removed & cored, quartered
  • 1/2 stalk of celery, cut into 2 inch pces, leaves removed
  • 1/2 small sweet onion, quartered


Instructions & Comments

1. Stuff 1/3 of ingredients into processer & pulse to roughly chop the mixture

2. Repeat until all is chopped.

3. Add seasonings, eg pepper, lemon peel, lowfat dressings, salt-free dried spice mixes

4. Slosh it all together & use as a topping or a stand-alone salad & savor!
