Ingredients & Amounts
2 Servings
- 1 frozen medium banana
- 10 frozen medium strawberries
- 4 oz plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 12 oz can of diet tropical fruit drink - Tropicana or Minute Maid

Instructions & Comments
1. Add banana, strawberries and can of diet fruit drink to blender....pulse five(5) times.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients into blender and blend for thirty seconds. Pulse blender more as required.
3. Skim milk or soy milk can be subsituted for diet tropical fruit drink. If you subsitute, add Splenda to sweeten to taste. Calories will have to be adjusted since diet tropical drink only has 5 calories.
