Lemon Salmon

Ingredients & Amounts
- 1 can salmon
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped celery
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- about 4 tbsp soy milk

Mash the salmon. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Can be served on salad, or on whole grain
