Lemon Ginger Sauce/ Dressing

Ingredients & Amounts

  • 2/3 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 2/3 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Tamari
  • 1 1" piece Fresh Ginger
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2/3 cup Safflower/Sunflower Oil, expeller pressed
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt (optional)


Instructions & Comments

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water, blend again. Add oil, blend again

Refrigerate. Use within a week or so.
