Lemon Ginger Sauce/ Dressing

Ingredients & Amounts
- 2/3 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 2/3 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Tamari
- 1 1" piece Fresh Ginger
- 2/3 cup Water
- 2/3 cup Safflower/Sunflower Oil, expeller pressed
- 1 pinch Sea Salt (optional)

Instructions & Comments
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water, blend again. Add oil, blend again
Refrigerate. Use within a week or so.
