Jicama salad

Ingredients & Amounts

  • 300 g jicama
  • 150 g red bell pepper
  • 50 g cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 2 tsp olive oil


Instructions & Comments

1. Zest the orange and lime, and section the fruits, removing all seeds.

2. Slice the jicama into matchsticks and slice the pepper thinly.

3. Chop cilantro and the jalapeno.

4. Combine ingredients in a bowl and serve (serves 2-3). Best if left an hour or so.
