High fibre fruit and yoghurt

Ingredients & Amounts

1/2 cup low fat plain yoghurt

1 small grated apple

1 tablespoon psyllium husk

1 teaspoon sweetener (optional) I use artificial sweetener, but you could substitute honey or apple concentrate.


Instructions & Comments

1. Make the previous night for an instant breakfast. Mix all together. Refrigerate overnight.
