Ingredients & Amounts
- 1 to 2 cups (50 grams) Spinach, raw
- 1/2 (82 grams) Pepper, green, large
- 1/2 (93 grams) Pepper, yellow, large
- 2 (124 grams) Tomato, plum
- 1 (55 grams) Onion, 2-1/2"
- 1 (50 grams) Carrot, 5-1/2"
- 2 (16 grams) Oysters, eastern, canned

Instructions & Comments
1. Slice vegetables to personal preference
2. Toss and place in serving dish
3. Mince oysters and sprinkle on top of salad
