Ingredients & Amounts
7 Serving (2 Donuts)
- 1 cup (70 g) Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, dry
- 1 cup (70 g) Wheat germ, crude
- 1 cup (70 g) Oil, soybean, salad or cooking
- 1 cup (70 g) Egg, whole, raw fresh
- 1 cup (70 g) Wheat flour, all pourpouse
- 1 cup (70 g) Peanuts, all types, dry roasted, crunched
- 2 tsp Stevia

Instructions & Comments
1. Roast peanuts if unroasted.
2. Crush peanuts with a mortar and pestle(grinder).
3. Mix all ingredients in a blender until they become a mass.
4. Make small balls with the mass, moisten and put these balls into an oven.
5. Cook for 20 minutes.
6. Let cool or burn your mouth.
