Frozen dessert

This is more of a method than a detailed recipe. Feel free to experiment!
It is designed for an ice-cream churn that uses 850ml of mixture to make one litre of dessert.
(If you don't have an ice cream churn, the old fashioned method is to still-freeze the mixture in a shallow tray and give it a good whisking at intervals of about 1-2 hours during the freezing process to incorporate air.)
Mix 450ml of pureed fresh fruit with 400 ml of milk. The milk could be skim, soya or nut milk. For a denser creamier mixture you could use evaporated skim milk. Or you could use yogurt.
Taste the mixture. You may well want it to be sweeter, and remember that when frozen it will be less sweet than it is now. Add the sweetener of your choice.
Now just churn until frozen.
You may have to experiment a lot to get the proportions that exactly suit your taste. I know I do! ;)
