Resveratrol is a substance found in several plants and consumed as a nutritional supplement. Research indicates it may have anti-aging effects in a wide variety of organisms.
We don't yet know whether resveratrol will have beneficial effects in humans, nor do we know whether someone on CR would benefit from resveratrol. In addition, we don't know what amount would be needed to achieve any putative benefits.
