Body Mass Index
From CRSWiki
Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. BMI provides a fairly reliable indicator of body fatness for most people. Its most common use is to screen for high or low weights that may indicate current or future health problems.

BMI and CR
There is currently no evidence that any particular BMI can be taken as a sign that a person is on any particular degree of CR. This is because degree of CR is relative to an individual's set point, and set points vary greatly.
