Ingredients & Amounts

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes w/ basil, garlic & oregano (DelMonte brand)
  • 2 Tblspn Pesto, home made
  • lemon juice (1/3 Cup) Juice from two lemons
  • 1 Tblspn Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tblspn Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tblspn Brewer's Yeast, GNC brand
  • 1 Tblspn Flax seed Oil


Instructions & Comments

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth
