- 1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes w/ basil, garlic & oregano (DelMonte brand)
- 2 Tblspn Pesto, home made
- lemon juice (1/3 Cup) Juice from two lemons
- 1 Tblspn Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tblspn Garlic, minced
- 1 Tblspn Brewer's Yeast, GNC brand
- 1 Tblspn Flax seed Oil
