Beetroot salad

Ingredients & Amounts

  • 1 cup Raw grated beetroot
  • 1 cup Raw grated carrot
  • 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil

1. Combine ingredients

2. Refrigerate several hours or overnight

This serves two or three.
