Ingredients & Amounts
1. Mega Oatmeal (See Breakfast section)
2. Soup, Progresso, Healthy Classics, Split Pea, canned, ready to serve
3. Rice, brown, long grain cooked 1/2cup
4. 4 oysters, canned eastern
5. 1/4 cup frozen Green Peas, steamed
6. Strawberries, 8 large
7. Grapes, 12, European type, seedless
8. Banana, 7 inch
9. Orange, large naval
Instructions & Comments
I normally eat 1800 calories a day but this was a short day because I probably over ate the day before :)
1. Breakfast is my usual.
2. I don't eat lunch
3. Dinner was a bowl of soup with a side of rice and peas mixed
4. I ate the oysters as an appetizer
5. Strawberries, grapes and banana were cut up and served as a large fruit salad
6. I ate the orange later while watching TV
7. I came up short on Niacin (52% RDA),
Minerals...I was short on calcium and iron (77% and 76% RDA) A cup of skim milk would have satisfied the calcium and added 85 calories
